I chose to write about this book because of the subject matter that the artist deals with. Obviously nature, and landscapes are a huge hit with me. But I also enjoy the deep colors found in mossy, stream-like areas. Many of the shots I saw were of stream beds, fall colored leaves, and wildlife. I love when I am able to be in these types of areas, and it is quite enjoyable to be able to revisit that part of me through images. I own a similar book about trees, that, on a large scale, depicts trees from all over the world, in their most beautiful times of the year. I hope to be able to capture places that I love in photos, and share them with the world.
